Nursing Home & Homebound Ministry
In today's fast-paced, busy world, those who are confined to their home, or a nursing home facility, often feel neglected, forgotten, alone. At PCBC we recognize the contribution each person brings to God's world, and especially to the body of Christ, regardless of their physical, mental, or emotional condition.
We intend to develop a vibrant ministry to individuals who are incapacitated. Those who serve in this ministry will provide companionship, comfort, and encouragement with their regular visits. They will also work closely with our Hands of Hope Ministries to provide tangible assets as well. These could include meals, boxes of chocolates, bibles, books, blankets, or even wheel chairs.
In this ministry, as in our other ministries, it is our goal at PCBC to minister to the complete person - physical, mental, and emotional, as well as spiritual.
